Market traders – book your pitch now for the 18th annual Slow Food Aylsham Festival in October.
Stallholders are cordially invited to join us, whether it’s outside in the Market Place or indoors at the Town Hall.
Since the last Festival, six restaurants, bars and cafes have opened in Aylsham confirming it as the go-to ‘foodie’ town in north Norfolk. Now you too can be part of that ambience – at least for one day.
As always, the festival coincides with the monthly Food & Craft Market in the town square, and we would be delighted if you – as a stallholder – would join us in the Town Hall on Saturday 5 October.
For those new to the event, it opens at 8am and closes at 1pm. Vehicles are allowed in the Market Place until 8am but must be cleared by then. There is free parking in the Buttlands car park in Mill Road or in Burgh Road.
The cost of a 3m x 3m stall is only £20 but, because we have been let down in the past, we are asking for the full amount to be paid in advance (see booking form attached). The Town Hall can take about 20 stalls – so plenty of room.
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own display stall as long as it does not exceed the space allocation.
We will also need to have sight of your public and product liability insurance and hygiene certificate if appropriate.
Refreshments will be available in the hall.
Please book now if you are interested and we will reserve a place for you. Do not hesitate to contact uis if you require more information or if you have special requirements. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
