A little bit of this, some of that and a pinch of the other – and you gedda da little pizza justa like a . . . well justa like a these youngsters made. They came to Aylsham Farmers’ Market where Slow Food hosted a pizza prepping stall at the cafe showing children that their favourite Italian savoury need not be just pepperoni or with peppers but can also be sweet . . . sour or anyway they wanted it to be.
Natasha was on hand to help these youngsters select their favourite toppings – and suggest some new ideas – for their mini-pizzas. Not quite how mamma she make it but a fun way to think differently about food.
