The Aylsham Show has been at the heart of Norfolk’s agricultural and social calendar for more than 70 years, so a fitting place to promote the principles of slow food. The theme for our stand at the traditional one-day show on August Bank Holiday was “pasture is life” – an exploration of how our oldest crop, pasture, once provided nearly all of our dietary needs.
